Anything quiet for 2+ hours, with under $250 of volume in the last hour, or more than 75% below its own peak is dropped no matter how large its lifetime total looks: a dump prints a lot of volume, and that volume is not traction. Ranked above all by distinct holders paid and by still trading within the exclusion window, then by how much of its peak it's still holding. Last-hour volume and momentum count for less than they sound like they should: StonkScout's own tracked outcomes found a spike in either one is as often the top of a pump as real accumulation.
